General Rental Questions
How do I book a rental or package?
You can go to our contact page and fill out our contact form and someone will reach out to you. We'll confirm availability, send a quote, and secure your date with a 50% deposit.
How long is the rental period?
All rentals are for one full day (up to 8 hours). Pickup times will be scheduled based on your event end time. Longer rentals or overnight options can be arranged upon request.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes - we require a 50% deposit to hold your booking. The remaining balance is due 24 hours before your event.
Machine Rentals (Popcorn & Cotton Candy)
What's included with the machine rentals?
Each machine rental includes 50 servings of supplies (kernels, oil, bags for popcorn; sugar and cones for cotton candy), plus serving scoops, gloves, and instructions.
Can I add more servings?
Yes! You can add 25 servings for $10 (per machine). Just let us know when booking.
Do I have to clean the machines after use?
We handle the deep cleaning, but we ask that you wipe down excess mess and empty unused supplies. A cleaning fee may be applied if machines are returned in extremely messy condition.
Do you offer staff to run the machines?
Yes! You can add an attendant to any package for $50/hour (2-hour minimum) Full-service packages already include staffing.
Balloon Decor
How long do balloon garlands and arches last?
Indoors, they can last 3-5 days. Outdoors we recommend installing the day of the event to look their best. Heat, wind, and sunlight can affect longevity.
Do you install the balloons, or can I pick them up?
We offer both! Smaller garlands (up to 6ft) can be scheduled for pickup, and large arches or custom installs include delivery & setup.
Can I choose the balloon colors?
Absolutely! We customize every balloon design to your color palette or theme.
Delivery & Setup
Do you deliver?
Yes - we offer delivery starting at $25, based on your location. Balloon setups and full-service packages include delivery in the base price (within 15 miles).
Do you offer setup and teardown?
Balloon arches and staffed packages include full setup. For self-serve rentals, setup instructions are provided. We also offer setup as an add-on if you need help setting up tables, machines or displays.
Cancellation & Weather
What if I need to cancel?
We understand things happen! Deposits are non-refundable, but if you cancel at least 7 days before your event, we can apply your deposit as a credit towards a future booking.
What if it rains?
If your event is outdoors and weather becomes an issue, we'll work with you to reschedule based on availability. Balloons and machines cannot be used in heavy rain or wind.
